Prof Chris Moulton, Vice-President, The Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK

Dr Chris Moulton has been a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at the Royal Bolton Hospital in the North of England for nearly 25 years. He is in his sixth year as the Vice-President of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and is also the co-author of the standard textbook “Lecture Notes: Emergency Medicine” (Wiley-Blackwell, Oxford). Chris is a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Previously, he was Senior Lecturer in Emergency Medicine at the Victoria University of Manchester and Secretary of the European Society for Emergency Medicine. He is now a Professor at the University of Bolton. As the Clinical Co-lead for the national “Getting It Right First Time” programme for Emergency Medicine, Chris is required to visit A&E departments all around the UK and compare their data with national parameters. Dr Remig Wrazen is Consultant Anaesthetist, MBA Medical Leadership at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He is co-author of a chapter in the book ‘Why Hospitals Fail’ illustrating the use of statistics to understand trends and to inform management decision making in hospitals. He is the Academic Lead for Statistical Process Control at the World Academy of Medical Leadership and teaches, mentors and advises doctors in their Quality Improvement Projects

Mrs Lisa Fox MSc Health and Social Care Leadership is a Health Information Manager at Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation NHS Trust. She is part of the UK wide Data Analyst Network and works with doctors and the wider healthcare team to advance Quality and Health System Improvement to create safer practice. Lisa specialises in teaching Measurement for Improvement and is Programme Director for the Fellowship in Quality Improvement (FQim) at the World Academy of Medical Leadership.

Dr Naushad Khan Consultant Emergency Medicine, Associate Professor, at Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Trust UK, Director of Operations for QiMET International Ltd, HIEM programme Director.

He has 18 years of Emergency Medicine experience and currently working as Consultant Emergency Physician at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, UK. He graduated from Sri Lanka in 1998, moved to UK in 2005 and he obtained MSc in Diabetes, Diploma in Public Health. He completed his Emergency Medicine speciality training in the United Kingdom. He is Member of Royal College of Emergency Medicine UK.

He is passionate about teaching and transforming emergency medicine training system in the UK and globally. He is one of the three concept developers for the first “Global” Emergency Medicine training programme which is “Hybrid” international Emergency Medicine training in the UK. He is the programme implementation Director of QiMET international UK,HIEM training and also co-founder of International Centre for Emergency Medicine (ICEM). He is a visiting Emergency Medicine Associate Professor at Chitwan Medical College-Nepal
